Kim Higdon

Kim Higdon was born for music. She began formal training and music theory with thirteen years at the Suzuki Music School of Music and six years of vocal training. Kim Began her sweet Adeline career in 2007 when she joined a chorus in New York. As a sweet Adeline

She has held both administrative and musical Staff positions as well as becoming a frontline director of the  River Valley Chorus for 7 years.As a member of Saratoga Soundtrack Chorus Kim was a section leader and from 2013-2015 she was assistant director.

After making Jacksonville her home in 2016,Kim served as Assistant Director of Jacksonville

Harmony Chorus.

She currently serves as a regional coach faculty member of Region 9.

 

Kim had a vision for a new chorus and in 2017 Bridges of Harmony Chorus was formed. Since are inception we have competed and qualified for International and earned a fourth place International Midsize Chorus medal in 2019 and a fifth place medal in 2024. She earned title of Master Director in 2023

 

We feel very fortunate to have Kim as our Frontline director and musical leader.
